The only clean towel in the bathroom this morning was our Barney towel. Man we were the coolest kids.
Remember the Pratt brothers show we used to watch on PBS? THEY HAVE AN ANIMATED TV SHOW ABOUT ANIMALS. Holy crap this is the weirdest and most awesome cartoon ever.
Miss you kiddo.
To the media,
Can’t you leave well enough alone? Didn’t you get your rocks off watching us grieve back in April? You literally had to dig up the second worst news we have ever gotten and you want to interview us on it? Really? Why don’t you use those big heads of yours for once? Honestly.
To the three Marines that decided to take my brother’s life in their hands,
You will get what’s coming to you. Your last words will be an apology to my brother and my family. I will make sure of it.
To everyone else,
Thank you to everyone who has reached out to me so far; you know who you are. Please feel free to contact me - I know I seem really busy, but I will always make time. You guys are the best.
And finally, to my dear Harry,
I hope you know how much we love you and continue to love you. This has changed nothing. Everything we do, we do for you.
(And speaking of stupid songs, whenever I hear Lupe Fiasco’s “The Show Must Go On,” I think of you. You have got to be telling everyone that it’s basically Modest Mouse’s “Float On.”)
Miss you, kiddo.
We had a really nice Memorial Day weekend. First, we went to Golden Gate Cemetery in San Bruno, because that’s where Harry was buried. It was a nice service, but the weather was very confusing. It would literally be freezing one minute, but then the sun would come out, and it would be really warm. I couldn’t decide whether I should wear my jacket or not.
Then, we went to lunch with my family and we talked for a really long time. So long, in fact, we almost missed all of the next Memorial Day service we wanted to go to, which is all the way back in Santa Clara (about a 40-minute drive). It started at 3, and we managed to get there at 3:15, and saw the rest of the ceremony, which was much nicer, weather-wise. Both services were very nice, though.
Later, the parents of one of Harry’s friends invited us over to their house, so we stayed a while and chatted. We love and miss you, kiddo, always.
Missing you always, but will be especially doing so today. You know we all love and miss you, right?
I’m sorry I saw Thor without you, but I think you’d like it. And I am not watching Green Lantern, at least I’m not gonna pay for it. And when the hell is Deadpool coming out? Do you already know the answer?
Love, your heartbroken, geeky sister
That awkward moment when a girl says they really like you and you have to respond with “yeah….I’m gay”
OOOR that awesome moment when the guy you like says he’s gay and you’re BFFs forever, Will and Grace style. Besides, the number of gays I’ve had crushes on is, like 3 or 4. ^^;

Dear Harry,
Wearing your sandals.
Did you always like walking on nails, or was this a recent hobby?
Love, your hurting but thankful sister
A box of your stuff from Hawaii came today.
So. FHM, huh? …At least it wasn’t Playboy. Mom was confused for a second, so I took the chance and bolted. I’m sorry. Not even I could stand the awkwardness.
